[網路技術筆記] 網路觀念 noip 的作用?


我有一組中華電信的IP利用下列網址轉換

 https://www.noip.com/
功能：把IP轉成網址  
exsaple：143.36.23.xxx轉換- >>  http://jeffapp.noip.me

用途：
在瀏覽器中輸入http://jeffapp.noip.me就可以直開所需要的功能了例如網頁例如FTP。
